Step 1 – Choose your session
Reiki sessions last for one hour and are scheduled by appointment (hour blocks are filled on a first come first serve basis).

Step 2 – Complete online questionnaire.
After you complete the PayPal process, you will be returned to and online questionnaire. Here I would like you to describe what goals we will be working on, any particular situation or difficulty, and desired outcome or result. You will also be able to choose the preferred day & time for your session(s). If you lose the page, here is a direct link to the questionnaire.
You will receive a confirmation email from me directly confirming your appointment.
Step 3 – Prepare to heal yourself
Before your reiki attunement session starts…
Create a relaxing environment – low lighting in a quiet and comfortable location. Place some of your favorite pillows and blankets nearby for your comfort. Surround yourself with smells you love, relaxing music and keep tissues handy. Yes…you may experience a wide range of emotions! Wear comfortable clothes and drink plenty of pure water. Remember…comfort, comfort, comfort!
Afterwards
I will personally follow up with you by email and discuss your session/attunement if desired.
Please…nurture and treat yourself with love and compassion while healing. Choose nurturing activities in your real life – yoga, relaxing walks, healthy eating and plenty of laughter!
Healing will last longer than the one hour session time devoted to your personal healing. Hours, even days of healing may occur as you go about your day. Remember to smile and look forward to achieving your desired outcome.
